About ROFFI

We're building the agentic sales era for European SMEs.

ROFFI Oy is a Finnish software company turning inbound traffic into pipeline. Founded in 2025 in Vantaa, we build Cloop — the AI sales rep for B2B websites.

Our mission

Buying has changed. More than 70% of B2B decision-makers prefer to research and buy without a salesperson's involvement. Outbound — once the engine of B2B growth — has lost its effectiveness. Yet companies still pour budget into traffic, only to watch website conversion rates stay stubbornly low.

ROFFI exists to fix that gap. We help European SMEs and MidCaps turn their most valuable but underused asset — the inbound visitor — into real pipeline. Our promise is simple: Cloop turns web traffic into pipeline.

We're helping organizations move into the agentic sales era, where clunky systems are replaced by proactive AI that works 24/7.

How we got here

ROFFI Oy was founded in February 2025. The original idea was pragmatic: help companies get more out of the tools they already owned. We took consultant certifications, opened partnerships with major platforms, and started building on top of existing systems.

It didn't take long to hit a wall. Companies were stuck inside rigid ecosystems where expanding capability meant doubling or tripling license costs. The result: leaders were delaying or avoiding AI and productivity projects altogether. The tools existed — the economics didn't work for SMEs.

In May 2025 we pivoted. Instead of consulting on expensive systems, we decided to build an affordable, focused alternative. We started concept testing in September 2025, brought in top-tier engineers in early 2026, and launched Cloop to the market in April 2026 with our first paying customers.

The pivot from consulting to product company took months of team-building and belief-testing. But enough talented people bought into the vision, and today Cloop is shipping fast — on a mission to create European expertise in commercial productivity that isn't locked to any single vendor's data.
