Cloop is developed by ROFFI Oy, a Finnish company based in Helsinki. We started as a HubSpot consulting firm and pivoted when we realized the real opportunity wasn't in consulting — it was in building a product that could do what expert services teams were paying consultants to do.
Today we're a small team with a lead developer, an AI programming specialist, a sales engineer, and experienced advisors helping us navigate the early years. We have founding customers. We have enthusiastic sales organizations. We have a lot of work to do.

What we value in a teammate.
We're small enough that every person shapes the culture. These are the traits we look for and reward.
Bias for action
We ship fast, test with real customers, and iterate. We don't wait for perfect — we prefer "good and shipped" over "great and still in review." If you need three meetings to make a decision, this isn't the right place.
Direct communication
We say what we mean, and we expect the same. Disagreement is welcome; passive-aggressive Slack messages are not. We trust each other to be honest, even when it's hard.
Customer obsession
Real customer conversations drive everything we build. We don't ship features that sound good in planning meetings; we ship what customers actually need. We're close to users and we stay that way.
Ownership, not titles
Early-stage means everyone does a bit of everything. Developers talk to customers. Sales writes documentation. Founders fix bugs. Titles are loose; ownership of outcomes is not.
Honest about uncertainty
We don't have all the answers. We admit what we don't know, test assumptions openly, and change our minds when evidence warrants. False confidence kills startups.
Care about the craft
We take pride in the details — how the product looks, how the code reads, how a customer email is written. Small things compound. We'd rather do one thing excellently than five things mediocrely.

For someone who's sold B2B SaaS in Finland before and wants to help shape how a new AI category gets introduced. You'd work directly with the founders, own customer conversations end-to-end, and help build the sales playbook for future hires.
Customer Success Manager
For someone who loves making customers successful and wants to do it from the ground up. You'd own the relationship with our founding customers, shape our onboarding playbook, and become the voice of the customer inside the product team.
Full-Stack or AI Engineer
For someone who wants to build a production AI product — not a demo. You'd work on the core conversation engine, CRM integrations, and AI pipelines. Modern stack, small codebase, real customer impact from week one.
