Transparent methodology.

No black box. Every assumption is shown below, sourced from industry benchmarks and customer observations.

Step 1: Baseline conversion rate

Industry benchmark: typical B2B websites convert 0.5–2% of qualified visitors into qualified meetings. We use 1% as the baseline — a reasonable average for B2B sites with decent forms and follow-up.

Step 2: Cloop conversion multiplier

Real conversations convert better than forms. Based on industry data and customer observations:

  • Conservative: 2× baseline — Cloop doubles qualified meetings
  • Realistic: 3× baseline — typical outcome for B2B teams using Cloop
  • Optimistic: 4× baseline — upper end, achievable with strong ICP fit and good conversation design

Step 3: Additional meetings calculation

Monthly qualified B2B visitors × conversion multiplier = new meetings per month. Subtract baseline meetings to get the additional meetings Cloop creates.

Step 4: Pipeline value

Additional meetings × close rate × average deal value × 12 months = annual pipeline value added by Cloop.

Step 5: ROI
