How do I get started with Cloop?
Book a demo — we'll walk through your site, show how Cloop would qualify your visitors, and set up a trial if it's a fit. Most customers are live within a week.
What integrations are supported today?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, and Google Calendar are all production-grade. Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, webhooks, and Zapier are on the roadmap.
Where is data stored?
All customer data is hosted on Hetzner servers in Helsinki, Finland. No data leaves the EU. See the Security & GDPR page for full details.
Can I talk to the founder directly?
Yes — email tapio@rof.fi and Tapio will respond personally. At this stage, every customer conversation goes through the founder.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Email tapio@rof.fi and we'll handle it manually. Self-serve billing is coming — for now, changes are processed within one business day.
