Will Cloop create duplicate contacts in HubSpot?

No. Cloop checks existing HubSpot contacts by email and company before creating new records. If a match exists, Cloop updates the existing record and adds the conversation as a new Note or Activity.

Can I map Cloop data to my existing HubSpot custom properties?

Yes. During setup, you map each Cloop field to a HubSpot property — including custom properties you've already created. Intent score, conversion page, industry enrichment, and AI summary can all flow into properties your workflows already use.
