Which Pipedrive plans does Cloop support?

Cloop works with all Pipedrive plans — Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power, and Enterprise. Core integration is identical across plans. Multi-pipeline routing benefits from Professional or higher where multiple pipelines are supported natively.

Does Cloop work with multiple Pipedrive pipelines?

Yes. During setup, you configure which pipeline receives which Deals — based on industry, deal size, region, or product interest. For example: SMB Deals go to the inside sales pipeline; Enterprise Deals go to the enterprise pipeline. Configurable per ICP segment.

Will Cloop create duplicate Organizations or Persons?

No. Cloop checks existing Pipedrive records by email, domain, and configurable match rules before creating. Matches update existing records and log conversation history as a Note. Duplicate prevention aligns with your Pipedrive settings.

Can Cloop populate custom fields on Deals, Organizations, or Persons?

Yes. During setup, map Cloop data (intent score, conversion page, industry enrichment, AI summary) to any custom fields you've configured in Pipedrive. Intent-aware custom views and reports are built on this data.

How does Cloop handle Deal ownership?

Deal Owner is assigned based on your Cloop routing rules — by ICP segment, industry, region, or existing Organization Owner. If the Organization already has an assigned Owner in Pipedrive, new Deals route to that Owner automatically.

Does Cloop work with Pipedrive's LeadBooster or Chatbot?

Cloop can replace LeadBooster/Chatbot entirely, or run alongside it. Most Cloop customers replace LeadBooster to consolidate AI chat, meeting booking, and CRM sync in one tool. Configuration is flexible.

How does Cloop handle data privacy across Pipedrive and Cloop?
