Can I start with Solo and upgrade to Team later?
Yes. Most customers start with Solo to validate fit, then move to Team once they need routing, multiple users, or Salesforce/Pipedrive integrations. Migration takes a few minutes — no data is lost.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
We'll notify you as you approach the limit. You can add message packs (€29/mo per 1,000) or upgrade to a higher tier. We don't cut off the widget mid-conversation — your visitors always get a response.
Is there a free trial?
We offer live demos where we run Cloop on a sandbox version of your site, using your real content. That's the best way to evaluate fit before committing. Book a demo.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves 15% on both Solo and Team. You're invoiced once for 12 months. If you need to downgrade or cancel mid-year, we pro-rate the refund.
What counts as a "message"?
One message is one visitor-to-Cloop turn (a question from your visitor + Cloop's response). A typical qualified conversation uses 8–15 messages.
Is Team pricing fixed at €449/month?
€449/mo is the starting point. Final Team pricing is tailored to your team size, message volume, integration needs, and number of websites. Typical Team customers land between €449 and €3,000/month. We'll give you an exact quote after a 30-minute conversation.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Solo is a single-seat plan (€249/mo). Team includes 5 users; additional team members are priced based on your setup. The core metric is pipeline generated, not seat count.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored and processed on Hetzner infrastructure in Helsinki, Finland. Nothing leaves the EU. AI inference runs on Nebius (EU data centers), which does not train on your data. See Security & GDPR for full detail.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans can be cancelled with pro-rated refund. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
